DAY FOUR: MOUNTAINS, LAKES AND COAST
Still cold in the morning up in the Wicklow mountains |
Glendalough, here we are! Can you see the middle valley up in the mountains? |
That's where we are now, after a short climb. And yes, that's the Upper Lake on the background. |
And again after the climb, in a bright hot day it's time for a swim. Guess where ... |
And a little bit of history: Saint Kevin and the Celts, the Round Tower, the Cathedral, ... Our coach drivers tell us passionate stories. |
Culture and nature blend up in Ireland. Today we could enjoy them both in a splendid day. This is the harbour of Dalkey. |

Dublin 19th of June 2014
Here we are, safe and sound after a nice flight. We have landed in the middle of Trinity College and still adjusting.
The weather couldn't be better; bright and clear. The boys and girls are thrilled by the experience of discovering this amazing city: parks, shopping centres, live street shows, colours and smells. It has been our first contact and it looks fine.
